Motivational Questionnaire (MQ)

The MQ assesses what situations are likely to increase or reduce an individual’s motivation at work. It provides a comprehensive profile of the motivational factors that affect an individual’s performance and their drive to succeed. By understanding what motivates an individual, it becomes possible to channel their efforts more effectively.

The insights provided by the MQ can be a game-changer, helping individuals maximize their motivation and enthusiasm, ultimately leading to remarkable progress in achieving their key objectives.

The MQ provides an enhanced mobile-first candidate experience as can be conducted in English and in many other languages (but not in Estonian).

Remote Work Questionnaire (RemoteWorkQ)

The RemoteWorkQ is intended to be a valuable tool across various job families and levels where remote work plays a vital role in the job's requirements. It aids in identifying and developing the competencies essential for success in a remote work setting.  

It is designed to evaluate self-reported behavioral tendencies across three key competency areas that are crucial for thriving in remote work settings:

  • Work Relationships: This component focuses on the competencies related to building and maintaining effective working relationships, even when working remotely.​
  • Work Habits: These competencies delve into the habits and practices necessary for productive and efficient remote work.​
  • Self-Development & Well-Being: This section assesses competencies linked to personal growth, well-being, and the ability to adapt to the remote work environment successfully.​

Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ)

The OPQ, unlike other personality assessments, is specifically tailored for application in professional settings as it focuses on the work-related facets of one's personality. ​

The OPQ model provides a clear, simple framework for understanding the role of personality in the workplace and the impact it has on job performance. It offers valuable insights into a candidate's preferred behavior on 32 relevant characteristics within the following groups:​

  • Relationships with people ​
  • Thinking style​
  • Feelings and emotions​

After the candidate has finished the test, a Manpower HR Partner receives the assessment report and proceeds to conduct a competency-based interview. This interview focuses on the test's findings and results, with the aim of determining whether the candidate possesses the competencies necessary for the position.​

Our client will receive a comprehensive written client report outlining the test results and can agree on a feedback session where we discuss and elaborate on the results, ensuring the client has a clear understanding of the candidate's potential and suitability for the role.​

Language Test

Manpower employs the Bright Language tests, enabling companies to evaluate the linguistic skills of their workforce in a range of languages, including English, French, Italian, German, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, Dutch, Flemish, and Russian.​

This solution offers a swift and comprehensive assessment of language proficiency, encompassing both written and oral comprehension within a professional context.​

It serves as an accredited, efficient, and cost-effective language testing solution suitable for businesses of all types.​

Here's how it works:​

  1. Online Platform: The entire process takes place on our online platform. Candidates access the test interface using their personal identifiers provided via email.​
  2. Instant Assessment: Once the candidate completes the test, they instantly receive an assessment report that can be conveniently downloaded as a PDF. Additionally, a list of any grammatical errors made by the candidate is available upon request.​
  3. Scoring and Comparison: Results are graded on a scale from 0 (novice) to 5 (bilingual). ​
